I feel like I am the sucker most realtors dream of, willing to buy anything with little hesitation, and making for a quick and easy commission. Anastasia saw this and instead acted as a friend and was very honest about her opinion of properties, guiding me away from things that weren't a good match for me. She asked the sellers all the questions I would never think to ask, and was able to find issues that would have been completely ignored by me on my own. This meant that we ended up going to many more properties than was required but she happily showed them to me, and I was eventually able to find my dream home. Looking back now, if not for Anastasia I would have settled for multiple properties that would have been a huge mistake, so I can't thank her enough! She also has a gift for making people feel comfortable, it was amazing how complete strangers would end up giving their life stories to her after being at their property for 5 minutes! Anastasia is exactly who you want in your corner as a Buyer's Agent. She does whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of. If you have questions, she is there to answer them. The support she gives throughout the entire process is just unmatched by any other agent I have seen out there. She was sick and in the hospital and still made sure my boyfriend and I were taken care of by agents in her office/would call us to check in. It took us several months to find our dream home - we probably looked at every house that came on the market that was even somewhat close to what we were looking for. She never got annoyed with us, and was always happy to show us more! Anastasia quickly sold our home at our within the limits of our acceptable pricing a task that another national realtor could not accomplish. Unlike our past experience Anastasia took an aggressive team approach to selling the home providing advice, guidance, marketing, pricing and most importantly showcasing and photographing the home in a way that encouraged traffic during the open houses. Anastasia managed the renting of our house. It is an old farmhouse with lots of charm, but its remote location in rural northwestern RI made finding just the right tenant a potential challenge. However, from the day we met Anastasia at her Cumberland, RI office, she instilled confidence in us that with patience, we would be successful.
